1-2 FPS in most games unless you are using your CPU's IGP in which case you might get a 10-15% or 5-10 FPS increase. Not really worth bothering with if you have a GPU.
it is genarly worth it to spend up to get 1600 cas9 on most builds or ddr 2133 cas 10 on high end builds but the difrence is only like 5% in most cases

IN gaming as mentioned, 2-3 FPS maybe, the faster sticks show better in multi-tasking, imaging, video work that type of thing where DRAM actually is used more, in most gaming it's simply a data conduit
