They are totally different sockets. For the i5 4440 you need the H81 board. It will work with all the components you listed. You will have a pretty solid gaming rig there, enjoy!

Theres a length problem of 5cm will it slide in as my previous psu is 5cm shorter in breadth than corsair 650vs

The 650 should be a fairly standard sized PSU, I wouldn't think there would be a problem there. Best bet is to measure how much clearance you have now with your current PSU to the optical drive, assuming it is a top mounted PSU.

Actually i have a local liteon psu (came with lenovo desktop) 180w which is same in length and height to corssair vs 650 but its 5cm shorter in breadth (clearence aka space b/w psu and dvd drive(i have dvd drive instead of hdd in that place ) is aprox 15-18cm so should i go with it
