The GTX 760 is slight more powerful than the R9 270X, so I recommend the GTX 760 over the R9 270X. But of course, you do have to factor in your budget. If you cannot afford it, or the price range is too high, then the R9 270X will settle. What are their prices?there is difference 50 dollars i was going to remove one ram from my dual channel 8 gigs to be able to afford it and i was going to wait some months until i can upgrade my ram again

Not a bad idea. RAM is cheap compared to a graphics card. Because it's not like you can upgrade a graphics card for $50 later after you bought the other.
But I do want to warn you that even if you bought the same RAM module later, there is a chance that it may not work with your existing RAM module. So do keep that in mind.

That is what you are deciding between, for the rest, just look at some benchmark and comparison charts, there are literally terabytes of materials out there!
i watched alot of benchmarks but the problem is the benchmarks are at HD res and i am 768P and i want it for the future because Ubisoft is going to depend on Nividia cards in developing and this is disadvantage for Amd Users so i am scared of FPS drops and Unoptimization for Amd

If you bought them as 1x4GB each, then they are tested to work alone. But that also means that the 1x4GB module may come off different production lines and so they are not guaranteed to work together. Not every RAM module is created equal, just like not every other computer component is created equal. Having the same name and brand only means so much to that extent.
They generally do work well for me, but I am just warning you that there is a chance that it may not work.

768p (I think you wanted to say 720p) is even less than 1080p on which the benchmarks were made. Not only will games run faster in such a resolution, your card will last even longer in terms of futureproofing, if it really is that resolution we're talking about.
I don't know where you got that idea about nVidia, the current trends indicate big success with amd and mantle while nVidia's gSync was a disaster!

oh yes i meant 720p i will not change this res even if i got money i will put them in vga or processor any way this thing about Nividia watch dogs is optimized for nividia's vga cards and i heard that nividia will help ubisoft in ac unity and the division will this cause frame rate drops ?

But if you don't need that horsepower and the R9 270X will work for your games and your needs, then use the extra $50 to buy the extra RAM modules.

If they intentionally created any kinds of problems whatsoever with amd cards, it will cause a backlash so horrible that the devs will probably loose their entire AMD customer base... which would mean 50% less profit for them... so don't worry about it!

but i don't know how much of time i will stay with 4 gigs of ram that's my problem i just wanted to know about the difference i am in knowledge about that GTX-760 is stronger but how many fps is the difference in addition my res is low if it's compared to HD

I should mention that the advantage in the optimization is really small. About 5 fps, usually less. The optimized part only means that the game makes better use of one hardware's full potential than the other. This usually favors nvidia because they work closer to game developers and they spend a lot of time and effort in developing their game engine that is optimal to the games and API that game devs use. But again, the margin is small.

Watch dogs is new and unoptimized, probably rushed the game out sooner than it was ready just to turn a quick buck, seen that countless of times with the "X"... not a single one came out clean... not one, X: Rebirth is the first one in the series of rushed disasters.
So... uh... wait a while for patches and you should be fine.

and it seems the difference won't be with that wrong i am right , aren't I ?

I think you misread. It's not nvidia or AMD specific. Some games are more optimized for nvidia cards; some games are more optimized for amd cards; and some games are neutral. The optimized part just means that the company worked more closely with developers to make the best use of the hardware.
