Already ran AVG which was installed, ran MalwareBytes and then just so I was sure that AVG was not corrupted I ran HouseCall as well. Checked all drivers and it says that the latest is in place for each of them.

Found that if I disable the audio it will launch without the BSOD but..... my friend's husband would like audio... tried reinstalling the audio drivers but that does not fix the issue...
