First time posting here. Hope I'm doing it in the right area. I built a computer 6-7 years ago but I have been out of the loop the past 2-3 years due to work. I have been gaming on a laptop from walmart. What I am used to playing on is an and quad core 2.3 GHz not sure of the exact processor model.number. 6 GB of ram .5 GB was dedicated to video. I doubt there was a dedicated video card.

I tend to play a lit of MMOs wow, gw2, etc. I do some browser games ie runescape and some fps such as saints row. I don't think I have ever played on a system that did 30+fps on any of the above. I do like multitask game playing with YouTube or music playing in the background with 3-4 windows up in ie11 or chrome.

My thought was maybe a system with onboard video would be enough to suffice until I could afford a graphics card. I would prefer 8gb of ram because that seems to be the sweet spot for gaming. I prefer Intel and nvidia over amd but I realize at my budget level that may not be possible. If possible it would be great to have a good bit of upgradability. I would also like 2tb hard drive because I hate uninstalling and reinstalling and micro managing my storage. I do not have a monitor, or keyboard, or an os. Though I may be able to obtain a monitor fairly cheaply so don't worry about that.

I have looked into some ideas but I am posting this from work on my phone so I can't copy paste my list to here. Will try once I get home.

Until then please feel free to advise me I am open to any and all suggestions.

Its fairly good for $600. Not sure what keyboard and mouse you wanted, and I apologize for going a little over budget.
If you have any questions or suggestions feel free to ask :)

I use windows 7 at the moment and see you included that in the build. Is 7 better for gaming or is there not much o f a difference? I am tempted by the idea of windows 8.1 since it brought the start menu back. But I really don't have a clue as to possible functional differences

Actually most people say 8.1 has better performance by a little and alot of motherboards have really good startup times with 8.1. Heres a build with 8.1 instead of 7:
