can my rig play dead space on high settings

you have a weak set up. As mentioned above you might get away with low settings if you had a better graphics card, the GTX 610 is the lowest level card in its series. Its only real use is high def video playback and general display. no gaming. period.

Whats your budget? If its about 100 bucks the R7 250 is what you wanna get, I'd recommend the 250x if you have a better PSU but I wouldn't risk it.
If you only have about 50 bucks... Well... I guess grab a used 6670 from ebay?

really it cant but i saw a friend with these specs and i even checked my self. i am sure that was dead space 3 he was playing. how could he have pulled this off ? he is kind of a trickster but i dont think this is a trick because even opened the case and looked at the card. is there any software or something he could be using to do this ?

Never used it or seen anyone use it.
If this helps I found benchmarks of ultra settings @ 1680 x 1050. A 7770 can only manage 38 fps.
