I have set the boot device priorities correctly. i have tried a usb. flash drive with linux on (formatted on a mac book pro, would this be an issue?) i have a disc with windows 8.1 but when i turn the computer on it shows a message saying reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key_
my specs are :
AMD FX 6300
SAPPHIRE RADEON R9 270X
2X4 GB KINGSTON DDR 3 RAN
1TB SEAGATE BARRACUDA HARDRIVE
MSI970A G43 MOBO
EVGA 500 W PSU
Any suggestions as to what has gone wrong?
