Once the PC is turn on it does not get to the Windows logo and turns off

Once the PC is turn on, it goes to a black screen with white letters starts countdown to how many seconds to shutdown if I do not push <F1>. After pushing <F1>, it goes to the next screen ask to push <enter>, once that happens the PC turns off.
