How to turn off image spacing in safe mode?

I got image spacing black screen flicker etc. with image spacing etc. and can't access my desktop only in safe mode--no access in safe mode to the uninstall with the driver or the AMD catalyst center where I mistakenly clicked the image spacing check box etc.---I run a sapphire 7770 1 gb vapor x card with a standard Hp desktop, my specs are right for the card.---Does anyone know?

I guess its a "right click" fix on the desktop if you can get a right click---I could not--but if I put in a bigger processor in etc.---that would buy more time- or a better internet connection etc.--I took it in to the shop-well see what happens
