From PCPartPicker, either find the permalink and provide that or click the BBCode Markup and copypasta. :)

As for the build, the motherboard is not overclockable, which means you cannot overclock your CPU. The CX line from Corsair are low-end PSUs so I would suggest ones from SeaSonic or XFX or Antec. The XFX 550W (which is less than $50) is very good and affordable. Would work well in that build.

If it's for gaming, you also do not need an i7. An i5 would do just as well. The main advantage of the i7 is Hyper-Threading,which isn't supported by a lot of games right now. Perhaps it'll be more popular in the future, but not in the near-future that I can see.

Id take the i7 out for a i5-4690 if your only using it for gaming because an i5 and i7 are the same for gaming pretty much but then if you put the money your saving into a better gpu like an r9 290 and that way youll get a much better gaming pc butwthats my opinion..... stick with that its a good rig but the gpu isnt the best in my opiniom.... if your not into gaming ignore this....

the 280x and 770 trade blows all day long.

if youd rather have the 770 for heat/power concerns:
