Hello guys,

I have been googling this problem for awhile, but haven't found the answer to my problem. I have an Acer Aspire E1-451G. A8-4500m quad core processor with integrated AMD Radeon HD 7640G and a Dedicated AMD Radeon 8750m 2 GB VRAM. The problem is that my windows/laptop does not recognize the dedicated card (in my view). Whenever I check dxdiag or the screen resolution settings, I just see that it's using my integrated card, and not dedicated. With gaming I tried the switcgable graphics option, but I am not convinced that it's running on the dedicated card, since the frames are low and there are lag stutters.

So my question is: How can I make my dedicated AMD Radeon HD 8750m the Primary Adapter of my laptop? And have the integrated card as secondary. Cause this is bugging me since I just got this laptop, and I have been trying to find a fix for this.

you will need to go into your bios and navigate to what is normally a peripherals section or a graphics section then find an option that is the current state of your graphics. it should say onboard or integrated. change it to dedicated or pci or what kind of graphics card you have. hope this helps. this has helped for my friends.
