Best Closed Loop CPU Cooler?

I want to upgrade from a Cooler Master Heat Sink to a Corsair closed loop CPU cooler. What is the best CPU cooler for a good price/preformance ratio?

Well I have a Corsair Carbide Series® 300R Windowed Compact PC Gaming Case. For the CPU, and i5-4570, and my RAM is Corsair Vengeance 1600mhz RAM.

I don't really know what cooler it is. How would I find out? Also, I want a closed loop to free up space because it looks nicer and I can't fit more RAM and side panel fans with the cooler.

I doubt that you really need a liquid cooler.

What case do you have?
What motherboard, cpu and ram do you have?
A liquid cooler is expensive, noisy, and less reliable. It's only purpose is to extract the last couple of multipliers out of a highly overclocked cpu.
