The Extreme3 will need some VRM cooling to avoid thermal throttling.
No 2 cpus are the same, so with some luck maybe you can.
That is not the most powerful board on the market. Go ahead and touch the board near the VRM's when the cpu is loaded. You will notice it get VERY hot.
