Demand for a Cisco Connect password when I don't use Cisco

I have AT&T and have had no problems connecting to my WiFi. Now, all of a sudden when I open a browser, the window opens demanding my Cisco Connect password. I don't have a Cisco router. I'm using AT&T, so I can't go into the Cisco registry. I can't go online at all --- I'm at the library using their computers to access the Internet because I can't access it at home. How do i get rid of this?

It was connecting the night before it suddenly started demanding a Cisco password. And no, I can't tell because this stupid PC is refusing to show any of the formerly, highly visible other networks in the building. It tells me that Windows is no longer managing my networks.
