Please suggest SSD for gaming

Hi, could you please suggest a good SSD (but still in a low budget range, 120-240gb) for OS and Gaming? Models/prices would really help out.

Personally, I would go with the Samsung 840 EVO. It has great performance for the price, and I have only heard good things about them.

honestly the performance difference is so marginal, just go with the cheapest recent one you can find thats not a v300.

I like crucial's SSD, they're really cheap and have so much storage while Samsung is a little faster but there so damn expensive. Id rather have a lot more storage than a little more fast SSD, but thats just me.

But as far as i hear, other SSD than Samsung or Intel have quite a high and fast failure rate, therefore they will degrade quite fast :/

That is not true, most ssd's have the similar lifespans and build quality. It's mainly software features and pricing that differentiate them.
