Motherboard: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000504.htm

For the power supply, open up your case and take a photo of the label on your power supply, then post it on a site like TinyPic and link it here.

Well your motherboard is fine since it has a single PCI-E x16 slot.

What does the label of your power supply say under '12V'? Are there multiple '12V' sections (like 12V1, 12V2, and so on)?

I see a tag on back of my computer, i think this is what you are talking about? It says...

AC Input: 100-127V ~ 6.0A
50/60Hz 200-240V ~ 3.0A

And i see a tag on the inside of the computer it says

INPUT: 100-127V ~ /8A 50-60 Hz
200-240V ~ /4A

OUTPUT: +5V
and alot of other stuff like that

Good, what does it say under OUTPUT: +12V (how many A)?

OUTPUT: +5V == 25/A MAX. +12V == /19A Max. +5vsb == /2A MAX.
+3.3V == /18A Max. -12V == /0.8A MAX.

COMBINED POWER ON +5v AND +3.3V RAILS NOT EXCEED 175W MAX.
COMBINED POWER ON +12V AND +5V RAILS NOT EXCEED 268W MAX.
CONTINOUS TOTAL DC OUTPUT POWER SHALL NOT EXCEED 300W

Sorry, that's the best I could find for $80. No it won't burn out, it just won't perform very well.

Depends on the game. In newer more intensive ones you'll have to settle for low-medium, but on a bit older ones you might be able to set the graphics on high. Also remember that your rig isn't exactly designed for newer games anyway since it has 1.5 GB of memory and a single core CPU.
