I am building a gaming PC and I want to know about how many FPS I will get on Minecraft with fraps running? I know I don't need 16gb of RAM for games but I will be rendering videos.

Here is the build!

If you use Nvidia's shadowplay, you will get almost the same framerates as when you are not recording. You can activate shadowplay within Nvidia's Geforce Experience program.

With a GTX 780 and i5, very high. Your looking above 200FPS average easily.

The build in the video had 200-650 FPS with an i7 3770k, your i5 will perform very close to that.

Minecraft is not a very intensive game, so expect high FPS with your rig.
