motherboard help required

i am planning to set up a pc and i have chosen a MSI-A78M-E35.
WHAT RAM, GRAPHICS , CPU, POWER SUPPLY, HDD, CABINET is appropriate for a budget of $400-$425,or 25000 indian rupees.
i know its a lot to ask but i really need your help.

Usually one starts with the CPU - why did you decide to start with the motherboard?

i dont really know i saw some some videos of budget gaming pc , like this mobo and the cpu advised was amd athlon x4 760k.idk if it is available for me , any opinions about other cpu that should b appropriate

OK, so your total budget for a PC is $400-$425? Does that include the cost of Windows OS? If so, how much is Windows in your country?

the os isnt included, thats definitely not an issue.
