A while back when I got my computer everything ran fine and then I decided to upgrade my GPU and problems kept propping one of them was whenever I ran CS:GO my computer would just restart but I found a program which when I ran it, it would typed something into the console and make the game run, but after a while my computer started restarting randomly in the middle of games so I did some investigation which lead to me buying a new Power supply which fixed the problem, but yet again the problem just came back where if I load a game up after a while my computer will restart and this crept up after lightning struck next to my house which caused the internet to go out and also fried my Ethernet port, we had our ISP came and fix the internet and I fixed my computer by adding a PCI card so I could access the internet again. Does anyone know how I can fix the problem and get my computer running properly again?

Apparently you replaced a PSU only on speculation. Since no numbers were obtained to identify the defect before replacing any part. Apparently you cured symptoms.

A useful answer means getting a meter and asking direction for measuring six wires. Then the next replay suspects or exonerates each relevant part. No more speculation.

Only other alternative is to keep replacing good parts until something works. Without numbers, any recommendation will be speculation. Most want to replace a PSU only because others do. This other...

Can you give us more information? Your specs? Try checking if it's overheating ( probably not because you say it's restarting ). Try replacing the CMOS battery.. but for now just give us your specs. You might want to check inside the computer for any wiring that has been fried or anything of that nature.
