GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 760 2GB full load power consumption

I planned to buy a gigabytes GPU, GIGABYTE GV-N760OC-2GD GeForce GTX 760 2GB. And my power supply is Cooler Master GX 550W. How much watt does the gpu consume on full stress, does my psu is enough for it, i am not going to buy a new psu right now. And how much power will be drawn on over all system load. Plz help me, is gx 550w enough for over all system on full stress???

My system:-

1.Asus H81M-E motherboard
2.Corsair DDR3 1600mhz ram(2sticks)http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-4gb-single-modul...

3.Intel Core i5-4570 4th gen processor
4.Seagate barracuda 7200rpm 16mb cache 500gb
5.Samsung combo write\read(i don't use it too much)
6. My current gpu is Evga gtx 560 ds ssc( will be upgraded to GIGABYTE GV-N760OC-2GD GeForce GTX 760 2GB)
5. Cooler master gx 550w

I was unable to find that PSU under a quick google search, but did find the GXII PSU. If they're anything alike, they should produce about 44A on a 12V rail, which is more than sufficient. The recommended amperage for a system running a single GTX 760 is 30A.

And what about cooler master, is it a good quality psu? Most of people say its not good but am using a evga gtx 560 ds ssc gpu on it and almost played all games on high yet i experience no problem with it....if a psu is not good quality then does it damge components or gpu????? Plz make it clear..

Sorry I was at work when I looked at that site. It does provide 44A.

It has your PSU in the tier 4 list, in which I cannot recommend using it further.

If your psu is of bad quality, it can damage components, and since it's hooked up to your entire system, that could mean everything component.
