This is my first Gaming PC build, am I doing this right?

I went over to the PCPartPicker and started to pick out some parts for a gaming PC.

I don't know much about the noise levels of CPU Coolers, or much about any PC Parts. Can someone tell me if this is a good gaming PC.

If this has ANY problems or anyone has suggestions, please, comment on this thread and help me out with this. I really want to get into PC gaming and away from consoles.

Oh, so whether or not I want to overclock effects what CPU cooler I should get?

Is there anymore info you can tell me about PC's?

What I noticed is, even with the cheaper less power power supply, I still spend more money.
With the more powerful Power supply, i spent ~$10-20 less

Im looking to play Rust, BF4, BFHardline, CS:GO, CSS, Warframe, and a lot of other games.

Oh, cool! I heard that with the i7's though, you pay more for the name than the quality (they are still good though)
