Hello Tom's, I' having an issue with an upgrade. Before this upgrade, I was using a crappy PSU and a Radeon 6670. I installed the new PSU (EVGA 650) and new GPU (Gigabyte windforce r9 270). I powered the system with the necessary power connectors attached to the GPU and the fans didn't spin, no power going to GPU. I then proceeded to install the old GPU to see what might have been the problem. The old GPU now gets power, but no display comes from the GPU. Any suggestions?
To be clear, after powering with the NEW PSU, all components functioned perfectly except either GOU. I don't have any additional PCI-E x16 slots to try out, and if possible I'd like to NOT have to reinstall a PSU
