Overclocking 3930k - Only 1 core overheating

Hello everybody.

So I have overclocked my cpu to 4.4GHz, I am cooling it with Thermaltake Frio Advanced.

So far everything is okay, I've tested with prime95 with the max heat output mode.
Every core is running around 90C, but the first core displayed in RealTemp seems to MAX OUT. I haven't gone above 100C ...for safety reasons.

Running a test render in AfterEffects (for which I am overclocking) gives me around 85-90C solid across all cores.

Any idea why only one is overheating?

My laptop used to run at 95C all the time... had it for years, still works.
Its mostly 80-85C to be honest while rendering... I have never seen it go near 90C real world. Only when stresstesting.
Idle is below 65C

One more question though...
When I set my voltage in my BIOS at 1.38V ... in CPU-Z it shows that its running at 1.33V (while stresstesting)
If I set my voltage to 1.42V ... in CPU-Z it shows that its running at 1.36V (while stresstesting)

So, based on which voltage should I make decisions...
