I can't format any Hard Drives

In disk management I can create a volume but when I try to format drives it says "The volume was created successfully but it was not formatted. Retry the format using the format task." Any drive I try and it never works. How can I format drives or fix disk management?

Hi,

You can try scanning your system with the System File Checker for possible system file conflicts and errors. Try to Run sfc /scannow in an elevated command prompt.
