Anyone know a Gaming PC for $400-$550?

I am looking for a gaming PC desktop (or laptop) that I can play games, search the web and other various average tasks. IT HAS TO BE PRE-BUILT or they assemble it for you. I want it to be able to play most to all steam games and maybe some games like watch dogs, battlefield, or crisis. HAS TO HAVE WINDOWS 8. and of course it has to be somewhat powerful, like have a video up, game running, and internet in the background.

Those are all my requirements.

Can anyone help? :)

Not going to happen. Windows alone costs $100 so that's 300-450 left for hardware. Need a monitor? that's another $100. So that's down to $200-350. Want something that can play all steam games? like WatchDogs, Wolfenstein, Dark Souls II? Not going to happen. You'd be much happier with a PS4/XBox One and a tablet for web browsing .

is there any website out there that can assemble it for you? like you choose from their selection and they build it? btw thanks guys for the feedback! :)
