Is my overclock to good to be true? 3570k@4.5. help

Hi guys, im pretty new to overclocking CPU's so advice would be nice.

I've been stress testing my CPU @4.5 ghz for around 5 hours now and my temps go between 70-74c.

I set an offset of +0.135 so while stress testing (prime 95) my volts are @ 1.176-1.187

But if i play games the voltages fluctuate between 1.16-1.22

So guys is my overclock safe/normal as it stands?

well in a "real" scenario nothing will push my CPU as hard as prime so i don't think temps will reach over 70c. Do you think i can stop the stress testing now and play some games XD? or should i just leave it going for a bit longer?

5 hours is plenty. Just watch your temps while gaming and make sure it doesn't go this high. Stress testing is a worst case scenario by design.
