Hello guys,

I have a Toshiba L500 202, Motherboard: TOSHIBA KSWAA 1.00
I got a new SSD SATA III drive, and my board is only SATA II so I plan on getting a new mobo. I've been wanting to do an upgrade for quite sometime now, and figured it's time.

Can someone please help me find a list of compatible motherboards for my Notebook?

Laptop boards are only changeable within a very small range. Small like one or two.
If that laptop is 10 years old....you are pretty much out of luck trying to bring it up to todays performance.

That is the main tradeoff you accept when buying a laptop.

My laptop is "ancient" ! it's super slow and the max RAM it can handle is 4gb.
This was awesome when I first got it a decade ago, but now, it's just not good enough. I'd much rather put in cash on a new board and processor, than have to buy a whole new laptop. I happen to love this one :p it just needs a little push forward that's all.
