Will the A10 Bottleneck the r7 265?
If it will what kind of frames will i be expecting on battlefield 4, watchdogs, dayz, ect. (med/high graphic settings 1080p)

Solution
For a Radeon 265, you should be ok. You'd see better FPS with a stronger Cpu, but I wouldn't call it a real bottleneck. It's at least a quad core cpu, so that helps. I would recommend buying a good cpu cooler and overclocking it, that'll help with the Fps as well.
You buy an amd APU for the excellent graphics.
Once you add a discrete graphics card you lose the benefit.
The weak cpu will limit any upgrade potential.
Either buy an A10 and plan to stick with it for what it is forever.

Or... buy a stronger cpu up front and add a discrete graphics card starting in the $150 range.

It is a moot question. What you have, you have.
Try your games and adjust your settings if you have to get an enjoyable experience.

My guess is that the graphics will be good but you will not have the cpu power you want for first person shooters. Particularly for the multiplayer version of BF4.

Look for some benchmarks for your games.
