PCIe 3.0 on a PCIe 2.0 motherboard... Will it bottleneck/be compatible?

and im wondering if there will be a bottleneck or if they'll be compatible

No bottleneck. The only reason you would see a bottleneck on 2.0 is if you use 3 or 4 way sli/crossfire. If you dont do that, you wont need to worry about bottlenecks.

The 3.0 cards are backwards compatible with 2.0 motherboards. You are fine.
