Can my system handle a GTX 780?

I've already overclocked my FX-8320 to 4.5Ghz and I'm gonna buy a new GTX 780 and I want to know if my CPU will bottleneck and if my PSU is efficient enough. I can't spend any money to upgrade my PC other than the GPU so if I can't handle it please give me another option to max out most modern games.

I mean The FX 8320 is one of the best bang for buck performance processors for gaming. It can OC, Can play games, can handle a GTX 780

I would not put two GTX 780s with anything below 750w myself. Some would say 850w. there are a few sites that use PSU calculator. Coolermaster does and there ara others. I will link if you don't already know about them. The FX 8320 once overlcoked can use quite a bit of power and get hot. Depending on the frequency and voltage of course. SeaSonic S12II 620w is a solid PSU. good value.
