it does not really matter if the tt fans are hooked to their controller , its not a big deal at all to have them all on your mobo
if that is what you wish to do
Your motherboard has the 4 cha_fan 4 pin headers on it so connecting them should not be a drama however you may need some fan extension cables , not sure if the fan cables will all reach your mobo.
Here is a link to your case manual

and your mobo manual

Thanks so very much for your clarification....I have extra fan cables and y-splitters....I just like the idea of the 4 Way Opt...controlling ALL the fans for min/max requirements - To "me", having the TT controller, either hi-lo for the 3 installed case fans and the other fans I'm going to install on the mb - I thinks you would get into an balance issue with fans "fighting" each other.
I've d/l's the .pdf's - now I'll be able to see the manuals versus the hard copy ones that are so small.
Again, THANK YOU for your thoughts and input....you've made my day to build easier.

a handy tip for you , if something is to small to read , hold in the control key on your keyboard and use your mouswheel scroll to enlarge or make smaller
