i already have an os , a dvd drive, a hard disk ,
all i really need is a computer to run bf4 at 1240x940(or someting like that) some car games and some airplane sims
i prefer asus for the mobo, amd for the cpu/gpu and simple cases(no leds) and needs to be 400$

The cpu is on the cheap end but it's enough to get the job done and you can justify maxing out with a fx-8350 later on.
The graphics card should max out all games at your resolution and it has really nice cooler.
Power supply will be good for a long time
motherboard is high quality, imo
