So i try restarting, it goes and shuts off before Bios screen and keeps doing it. everything starts for like 2 seconds and then off. I have researched to figure whats wrong and nothing I tried works. I have removed all components except the CPU. BTW my computer is surged protected. should I reset the motherboard. This computer was built last September.Any advice would be great thank you very much.
