guys please help me i just wiped windows 7 i only have a ethernet cable it says : No connections are available please i beg you i try to get the internet but dosent work please help me

go to the manufacturers website and find your computer model then download the lan driver for it and install it. it should then detect the Ethernet cable

What are you reinstalling from? A DVD or restore partition from your PC manufacturer or a MS official Windows 7 DVD? If it is an MS disk, you need to install all the drivers from the separate disk that came with the motherboard. If you no longer have that disk, search on the MB manufacturers support web site for driver files for your mother board model number.
