I was trying to do a master reset, I hit f8 and followed instructions it was supposed to go back to factory settings. Well, my daughter unplugged it in the middle of it resetting and I plugged it back in a blue screen came up and went right away. Now its just a black screen. I hear the fan running it just won't come on. The dell logo loads and then goes away really fast. I dont know what to do! Help.
