My system-
7870 ghz oc edition
Fx 6300 (stock clock) with hyper 212 evo
8gb ram

In battlefield 4 online I have everything on low besides mesh quality on ultra at 1920x1080 with no aa. My framerate is mostly a solid 60 but get occasional dips into the 40s. Surely my system should be able to handle higher settings? Also Im getting bad fps in my skyrim. Everything is up to date with the unofficial pathes installed. Along with Skyrim HD 2k textures (lite version) Real Vision enb (performance version) Climates of Tamriel and realistic lighting overhaul. My fps is usually around 30ish with dips into the low twenties. Settings are at medium. Is my pc performing how it should? Thanks :)

I noticed my cpu usage is only around 20% in skyrim while my gpu is 90-100%. Is this normal? Also, here's some info for you guys. Taken by playing battlefield 4 64 player conquest large for about 45 mins.

That's pretty normal for Skyrim with ENB. ENB in particular is really badly optimized all the time, and the performance drops from it are highly erratic. I'd suggest you back up your files and temporarily switch to a completely vanilla install of Skyrim and a new save, to see if the performance is still low. A 7870 Ghz and FX-6300, even CPU bottlenecked on just 2 cores (which is mostly all Skyrim uses), should be able to manage 40+ fps on ultra in the vanilla game. If the performance is still low, it's more likely a hardware issue, and not an issue with mods or BF4.

But, as mentioned, that doesn't really seem like normal performance for BF4. A 7870 and FX-6300 are supposed to get 40+ fps on high-ultra in BF4, not 40 fps on low with no AA.

Your temperatures look normal.

I uninstalled 14.6 beta drivers and did a fresh install. No difference. Havent tried mantle on bf4 yet. I heard it works a lot better on the r9 series. I will give it a shot tho. If it doesnt work im gonna try 14.4. Ya im gonna have to just try vanilla skyrim I guess and see how it performs then. Ill let you know how that goes.

You might try asking this in the systems section or something. Normally it seems like most of the people in the video game section are interested in suggesting games to people, helping them find old games, and that kind of thing. Not hardware troubleshooting so much. Just a guess.
