How to reload os?

Solution

If by 'stuff' you mean installed software like Games etc. then yes, it will have to be re-installed. But if you have Pictures, music and videos you want to keep, you could partition your HDD and move your data on to the new partition. Then simply use Drive Options (Advanced) when you re-install Windows to delete all partitions except your Data one (Remember it's size as you won't see Drive letters) then install to the Unallocated Space created by the deletions.
