Can my PC run Watch Dogs on ultra high settings

Solution
Saying "if this isn't a joke" does not absolve you

if this isn't a joke , then the answer is no .
The CPU is outdated , it has like what , barely 900mhz ? You need about 3000MHz ( 3GHz ) to run watch dogs .
Second of all , the ram is DDR for sure , while you need 8192MB ( 8GB ) of DDR3 1333Mhz ram to run the game .
The video card does not have enough VRAM , you need at least 2GB , preferably 3GB of VRAM to run the game at 1920x1080p @ ultra settings
And last but not least , the OS is outdated , recommended OS is Windows 8.1
So the answer is no , your pc can not play watch dogs , not even at the lowest possible settings .
You will have to get a new computer to play this game .

This is clearly a troll... but even implying...

Yes, of course, you should even install some mods to crank it up to ultra-super-mega-high x10 settings. You can even record it in 1080p and run some video rendering in the background with that beast.

I'm sure with those parts he can open a rift in time into the universe in which Watch_Dogs exists and just live out the real thing.

This is clearly a troll... but even implying that CPU frequency has anything to do with performance is just awful. he could have said he had a 4GHz P4 and it would be as bad. As is implying DDR frequency matters independent of timing. Or that having windows 8 matters.

It was a horrible bad troll... so simple to do it better. but your response was as bad
