Solution
Typically a GTX 770 power supply recommendation from the manufacturer is a 600 watt power supply, even though the various GTX 770 models only use around 250 watts themselves. The i5 4670k only uses around 84 watts, which would mean that between the CPU and GPU they consume around 334 watts. Of course you have to consider the other components and any external components such as external hard drive, microphone, headset, etc. So I would advise you to just stick with the manufacturer recommended 600 watts and go for a bronze rated one, which should cost less than $75 for a great one, or a decent one for around $60.
