Should i Upgrade my GPU?

hii, i am using Ati 6870, m almost satisfied with its performance, but i care about future,is Sapphire Ati 6870 DDR5 1gb can Handle GTA 5 ?
Should i Upgrade it?

Yes eg R7 260x $110 20% better

R9 270x $180 - 80% better

GTX760 $220 - 90% better

GTX 770 - $310 - twice as good.

but m confused that i saw there are many versions of Gtx 770, so, is that version which u said?

That's to a 760, not 770. It's USD eg Newegg, Amazon.

Will your power supply run it or will you have to get a new one? You'd need 30A on the 12V rail and 500W total at least.

What make and model power supply do you have?

650W will run a 770. But Coolermaster don't make good power supplies -

:(  but i want to run gtx 760, i think i mention my PSW wrong, it is Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 650w, i thought it is good, but i dont want to overclock my GPU, so enough my current one is? :(

I have shown you that Coolermaster are not good power supplies.

I have suggested alternatives.

If you do not want to take my advice then it is up to you. All I can do is offer the best advice.
