650W will run a 770. But Coolermaster don't make good power supplies -

but i want to run gtx 760, i think i mention my PSW wrong, it is Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus 650w, i thought it is good, but i dont want to overclock my GPU, so enough my current one is?
