19 fps with gtx 770 msi on watch dogs

Wtf i though i can max out the game but no even on 1440x900 with high i got 40-60 fps wow.... the game looks wooden and i can't max it out so tho the point i put shadows to ultra and then it dropped to 18-28 wtf? why?

Yeah i am tho i can't enjoy the fucking game what is wrong with companies these days i paid 600 leva for the fucking gpu which is 350 400$ as i know here in bulgaria the payment is 1000 leva plus food other things im saving for this from half year and what i can't play the game on even high with playable fps 37-52 in the city 60-70 other places i play with depth of field off other things at high except the environmental quality and still can't play the game on 1440x900 if it was 1080p ok but 1440x900.... i have no words
