i want a small build for htpc purposes with -
2 tb hdd
should be able to play smite(if could play modded gta 4 and skyrim then even better)
should be cheap(under 400 dollars no more then that can't spend more than that sadly strict dad)
should be small
usb 3.0 and hdmi
power saver(will use it as pirate box)
should have dvd - full size preferable
