hd 7850 will it be bottleneck ? or gtx 660 bottleneck?

hello community i'm still confused cuz im have a low spec pc..i want to buy a new Gpu but before im buy the Gpu i wanna to know is that the Gpu Bottleneck with my i3 2100?i hear the rumor gtx 660(non ti) is above 20% faster than hd 7850,and the hd 7850 have a biggest memory bandwith than gtx 660 ? so where's the gpu will be match with my i3 2100 cpu?thanks for your answer i will be appreciate it :)

The 660 is better of the two. You may get bottlenecking depending on the demands of the game upon your processor. I'd be more concerned about your power supply TBH, as you say it's a low spec system.

GTX 660 requires 24 Amps on the 12v rail & a 450W PSU minimum

AMD 7850 requires 21 Amps on the 12v rail & a 500W PSU minimum

The current lowest power consuming/best performance GPU at the moment is the GTX 750ti, that requires 20 amps & a 400W PSU. The model that doesn't require a supplementary 6 pin has been known to run on 300W PSU's.
