How to check if my pump speed its working at 100% ? I read this somewhere "in the BIOS make sure CPU Q-Fan Function -> Disabled for 100% pump speed" , well, I dont have that option in bios...
Can anybody help me please? My board is a MSI z87-g43 Gaming!

Well, you need to find thins in your BIOS

And set that to maximum for CPU1.
