3. 4 GB Ram
4. Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Backlit Monitor (1080P)
5. Core 2 Duo Processor

I have chose two garphic cards.
1. ZOTAC GeForce GT 610 Synergy Edition 2GB
2. Gainward GeForceĀ® GT 610 2048MB

Don't know whether these two graphic cards are compatible with my mother board or not?
Can you suggest me any other graphic card which is compatible with my mother board?

they should be compatible with ur motherboard. but imo those two cards are even worse than my working laptop's graphic card. (GT 630M) If these are what you could afford by now choose one of these gfx with the highest spec possible (e.g. Core speed or Memory Speed)

BTW what's your CPU? Is it a Core 2 dual core or Pentium Dual core? And I've simply looked into an indian website like newegg in Canada but I've found the pricing are pretty high. (e.g a HD 7750 is Rs.6600 which is 120 bucks in Canada but generally even a R7-250X/HD 7700 is less than 100 bucks in my country, and with Rs.3500/$60 you could get a HD 6670/R7-240 which is much stronger than GT 610)

My PC has Core 2 Dual Core Processor. In India prices are to high because of "high taxes". but still I'll try my level best in buying one. What does this AMD/ATI mean? I don't know anything about chipsets. Recommend me the best one that fits my budget? Need a graphic card with 2 GB Graphic Memory.

ATI is previously a gfx manufacturer like Nvidia but it was purchased by AMD (CPU manufacturer like Intel) and finally integrated into AMD. Depending on your budget, if you could pay a little bit more it would be feasible to go for a HD 5670/6570/6670/7750 or Nvidia GT 430/440/630/640, remember 1GB DDR5 version is WAY BETTER than 2GB DDR3 version, since those budget cards can't make good use of 2GB memory. If 1GB DDR5 isn't available for the card 1GB DDR3 version is fine, don't waste money on that additional useless graphic memory.

DDR5 is just the memory attached on graphic card. it has nothing to do with the motherboard.
