what does compliance with Intel ATX 12V 2.3 & SSI EPS 12V 2.91 standards mean?

I have a Thermaltake Toughpower XT 875W and have realised that this is not haswell compatible..
I am now trying to figure out what CPU'S are compatible with this psu

I dont know what above means and am trying to figure out if this tells me what is compatible with my psu

In short from the Wikipedia.
ATX12V - 4 Pin CPU Connector, ATX12V power supply unit specification is 2.31 on February 2008.
EPS12V - 8 Pin CPU Connector, early version is v2.91, the latest specification is v2.93. Also EPS= Entry-Level Power Supply Specification SSI=Server System Infrastructure.
