Fraps - Should I record to the same hard drive as fraps is installed to or a different one?

I know that it is best to record to a drive that is not running your OS, not running the game you are playing and has a lot of space. So I recently got a new 'Western Digital Caviar Green 3TB Hard Disk Drive' which is the drive I will record to because the files are massive (before I compress them) but which drive is it best to run/install Fraps itself on?

    ■ The 3TB HDD (recorded footage storage, so faster because as it doesn't move drives?)
    ■ My 128GB SSD (runs my operating system, benefits of being an SSD?)
    ■ My 500GB HDD ( I doubt that will be the best place for it seen as it is running the games)
    ■ My other 500GB HDD (doesn't run any programs usually but run fraps faster?)

It is really between 1 and 2 but 3 and 4 are there so you can see the full picture and maybe 3 or 4 might be the best drive to run Fraps on after all. Thank for your time.

I would just put it on drive 1 with the video files for the sake of keeping everything neat and "together", maybe thats just my OCD... Although putting FRAPs on one drive and saving the files to another wouldn't make any difference in terms of speed. You could put it on the SSD but it wouldn't make any difference as the HDD would still be the drive you are writing to so the faster write speeds of the SSD would make no impact here.
