So the mb on my computer has died and due to money issues, I am hoping to reuse my ps, case, and hard drive. My PS is a 2 year old

I do moderate gaming, and have not overclocked before. Realize most cpu stock fans kinda stink now so may have to get a better one. Qhat parts woukd you guys recommend for that price range and maybe even enable a certain amount of future upgradeability. Thanks for any help!!!
