Im building a Pc and I want it to be portable and small, but also I want the PCIE slots and etc. a ATX board has. Any suggestions on small ATX cases or maybe M-ATX cases which have ATX boards compatible? Thanks In Advance
Hello! I have a small (13 inches tall small) micro atx case that is home to my ga78lmt-usb3, fx4300, and my 2gb 7770. The metals on it are quite flimsy, but if you take good care of it (unlike me, I will be much more careful when I upgrade cases in july), it should be fine. Here is a picture of the components it is housing. I aded the tx3 yesterday, and it fits nicely.

@badboyrog2 thanks for the suggestion, the case looks cool. @pcbuilder123 nice pc dudeI want to go for a M-ATX build, but I'm afraid that it might not be as futureproof as ATX, maybe in the future I might change SLI maybe or etc. Should I go for m-ATX?
Hello! Thanks
took me a while. What is your budget for the case? 30$? 40$? 70$? 100$? What kind of a cpu and gpu and cooler will go in there and how many drives. Need to know a little more before we can help you choose. Here are a couple of cases going from less to more expensive. The 210 is a really nice budget midtower, on which I might buy:http://www.amazon.com/NZXT-Technologies-Source-210-Whit...
The core 1000 is made by fractal, famous for the design r4, but is a nice micro atx with surprisingly good build quality (find a better deal on newegg, around 38$):http://www.amazon.com/Fractal-Design-Core-Computer-FD-C...
The n200 is a really spacious atx replacement that can be great for big gpu's, psu's, and coolers.:http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-N200-Computer-Mini-...
And last at around 100$ is the sexiest micro atx around. From the makers of the prodigious Bitfenix prodigy:http://www.amazon.com/BitFenix-BFC-CLM-300-KKLS1-RP-Com...
note:these are not the only options, just a couple of my favorite. I am using rosewill, but PLEASE don't. Flimsy metal and bad quality metal all in all.

Also, do you like a plain down to earth look, or flashy blingy look? Heres a nice budget midtower with a window and alot of room. A cleaner alternative is the previously mentioned 210.I want a clean, plain look, I was also looking at the prodigy m from bitfenix. Budget around 40-80

I would take this over the nitfenix anyway. I really, really like the aluminum finish and it is fairly small, and can easily fit 2 770's.
Also, I think this case is REALLY nice, by corsair, and fit a lot of parts.

Yes, it fits atx motherboards lol, its a big case. Inexpensive, though, but for a portable case go for either the core 1000 from fractal (leftover money can buy you maybe a fan controller or more fans and a resistor or something), or the coolermaster n200. Don't go for the bitfenix. It's an amazing case, but overpriced, not worth it. Is 40-60$ worth it to you? Buy 4 more gigs of ram or two nice noctua fans or invest in a better cpu cooler like an all in one or a nhd14 or something

For m-atx,

or

or

or
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/lian-li-case-pca05fnb
With these lian li cases (and maybe the others too) should you keep an eye on compatibility with the gpu you have or want to buy,is looking at the length of the card and that it fits.
some m-atx boards do support crossfire/sli.The more expensive Z87/97 motherboards that is.
These should be sli capable,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/motherboard/#c=89,99&f=7&...
just make sure that the x16/x8 slots are at position one and three. The first should already be fine.

Can you find this psu?
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g2075...
a very good choice.
Why the expensive ram?
What about these?
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f32133c10d8g...
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f32400c10d8g...
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/kingston-memory-khx24c11t3...
I would also get a 120mm fan in the top with the H100 blowing hot air into the case.
From cooler master,
I know that for instance scythe has these kind of "slim" fans.

I would prefer the coolermaster v650 or corsair tx650 unless you are eventually going sli. Also, the n200 is a great small case, but the cosair obisidian 350d might be better for larger hardware

The ram you chose is fine. These just overclock a tad bid better because the timings, but you wont even notice the difference. Whatever is from a reliable brand and costs the least, and looks cool.

Alright. For gaming why an i7? Go with an i5 refresh, and an h100, take it to 4.2-4.7ghz, and buy a better version of the 780ti or more ram

Oops, meant to say the i5 4670k, most of the chips with a 212 evo can to 4.2. With an h100, a 4670k could but not the refresh, because the multiplier is locked, unlike the K counterpart

Yep. It can probably go to 4.2-4.7ghz depending on the chip. Overclock slowly and run lots of stress tests.

Yeah, I would say so. Get some nice quiet noctua fans, or a fan controller instead or more ram or something.
Noctua nf-f12:http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias...
If not, just save some money and go for the steam summer sale that is going on right now.

@Pcbuilder123 maybe get new fans, but not the noctua one cuz the color is ugly. And a fan controller? Maybe more ram too.I already have the games i want from the sale and some of the games is not what I play..
Haha same. They are ugly, but they released new fans that are plain black but 30$
Here:http://www.ncix.com/detail/noctua-nf-f12-industrial-ppc...
These are the cheaper ones, though, still epic:http://www.ncixus.com/products/?sku=97658&vpn=NF-S12B%2...
the new one also looks kindy ugly but better than the old ones. Read a review and it said that it sucks...

Hmmm. lol. there are always bad reviews to everything. Here, how about these
Corsair SP 120:http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Series-Performance-Editio...
These are good for radiators, or a cramped environment Like the n200 with all the huge components

Haha, sure. Also, just remember these fans are excellent, but don't always buy parts for how they look.
