400W would be more than enough assuming it is a remotely decent PSU but you did not say what your PSU model was. Sticker wattage alone is completely meaningless since so many low-quality units fail to deliver half of what the sticker says reliably.

Despite the "Platinum" in the name, this appears to be an ultra-low-end PSU:

Only 14A on 12V. This might be a tight squeeze for CPU (5-6A) + GPU (~5A) + HDD (~1A) + fans (~1A)
Very likely to fail if not immediately, probably soon enough.

Best case: the PSU shuts itself off without damaging anything - all ATX-compliant PSUs are supposed to aim for this and most of them usually succeed.
Worst case: the PSU blows your whole PC but survives, you unwittingly reuse that PSU in your "repaired" PC and blow that up too.
Alternate worst-case: the PSU makes fireworks and takes the rest of your PC with it.
Worst-of-Worst case: If you have a spectacular PSU or other component failure with unconstrained sparks and carpet or other flammable nearby materials that may act as tinder, your house may burn down if nobody is on-site to do something about it.
